Project Scarcity II

Props and assets for my present day world building project: Scarcity. Covert factions have discovered new elements inciting warfare and military intervention. Militant operations are deployed to suppress these factions. The rest of the civilian world lives obliviously to this rapidly growing and hidden threat.
